“Kim is Here” Campaign at Ruhr University Bochum

The Bochum University Library actively supports the “kim is here” campaign, part of the “Our Campus – Against Sexism at Ruhr-University Bochum” project. The campaign is an important resource for students and staff who find themselves in uncomfortable or inappropriate situations on campus.

“Kim is here” offers quick and discreet assistance to anyone who feels harassed or whose personal boundaries have been violated. Those affected can approach our service/information desk or other participating locations on campus and simply ask, “Is Kim here?” Trained staff members will then be there immediately to provide direct, discreet assistance.

We’re excited to be part of this network starting now! For more information, please visit this website.
