As a professional service provider for the university community and a partner to the campus libraries, we facilitate access to information and knowledge for all target groups — in both print and digital formats, reliably and with a focus on customer needs. We strengthen information and data literacy through training and consulting, support RUB’s excellent research through our diverse research-related services, promote free access to scientific publications and data (Open Access and Open Data) in the spirit of Open Science, and use digital innovations and artificial intelligence responsibly.
