Booking group rooms/think tanks in the University Library
Unfortunately, despite binding reservations, the group rooms/think tanks in the University Library are often not used.Therefore, starting Monday, January 26, 2026, the following rule will apply:
If the room has not been used after 30 minutes, it can be reallocated!
Example: Booking from 8 am to 10 am, room is reserved until 8.30 am, after which it can be reallocated.
Do you need time slots other than those specified?
