Closing times and borrowing arrangements at the turn of the year

The library will be closed from Monday, 22.12.2025, to Friday, 2.1.2026. We will reopen on January 5, 2026.

Holidy borrowing for students:
From Thursday, 18.12.2025 until Tuesday, 6.1.2026 you can borrow 5 books.

Opening hours during the semester

  • Monday to Thursday: 9 am to 6 pm
  • Friday: 9 am to 4 pm

Opening hours during the lecture-free period

  • Monday to Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm
  • Friday: 9 am to 4 pm


Use

  • Keys for the lockers can be borrowed from the information desk for a deposit.
  • There are 2 book scanners (for USB sticks) available in the library.
  • Borrowing for students:
    - Overnight borrowing from 12 pm to 12 pm the following day (max. 5 books)
    - Weekend loans from 12 pm on Fridays to 12 pm on Mondays
  • Borrowing for chairs:
    With a current borrowing authorization, academic staff may borrow items for 4 weeks.
