Handing over the torch in front of and behind the UB - the FISU World University Games are coming
The official torch of Rhine-Ruhr FISU World University Games will be carried across the campus on May 8th. A total of 15 people who have left their mark on RUB and sport in a special way will carry the torch from the U35 stop to the 'Rote Bete'. There, the torch will be ceremoniously received by the Rectorate.
The torch will be handed over once in front of the UB, then carried past our building and then handed over to another person behind our building - near our new south terrace.
