With the RUB Bib App of Bochum University Library you can organize your everyday library life. It completely replaces your previous library card. You can use the app to authenticate yourself at the self-checkout machines or at the information/service desks in order to borrow media or use other services. If fees are due, you will also need the barcode displayed by the app for authentication at the pay machine.

The RUB-Bib app also gives you a complete overview of your library account at all times. You can view your borrowed items as well as all fees incurred.
