The University Library of Bochum cordially invites you to a literary reading with Syrian author Nahed Al Essa:

While jasmine scents the walls of Damascus' old town and the weather in Germany is going crazy, Nahed Al Essa keeps writing from left to right like in her book ‘4222 Km’ (Geest Verlag) – but also from right to left like in her Arabic novel ‘A Missed Call’ مكالمة فائتة. She brings the accents of different cultures to life in a lively way.
