Group study rooms: Booking calendar
Due to maintenance work on our booking system, it will not be possible to book group rooms at the University Library online from Monday, December 15, 2025, to Thursday, December 18, 2025.
All appointments booked for this week can still be kept; the rooms will be available for the booked slots.
If you would like to cancel a booking or need a group room at short notice for the above-mentioned period, please call 0234 32 22788 at the information/service desk or write to us at: ub-information@rub.de.
The booking system will be available again from December 19, 2025 (with appointments from January 2026).
